About the Project
Storefront Suites is the renovation and restoration of an existing building located at 2164 Centre Avenue near Kirkpatrick Street in the Hill District.
The three-story, mixed-use 10,400 sq. ft. building will house eight (8) market rate apartments and two (2) ground floor commercial spaces fronting Centre Avenue. The retail spaces will consist of side-by-side 800 sq. ft. units, each with an additional 800 sq. ft. basement available for storage or as a kitchen area, for a total of 1600 sq. ft. per commercial unit.
